The images of jain theerthankaras like Mahaveera, Parswanathar are inscribed on the pillars. The entrance to the temple is reminiscent of chinese architecture of a Buddha Vihara. 10 days festival Makaram Aayilyam Aarattu. The poojaries ( Priests) of this temple are Kerala Brahmins.
